'The gap to the fastest guys is less than 30 seconds again, and that is a positive end to the weekend, and a really positive way to end the year' - Bradley Smith

Really good, positive season from Bradders! Worked hard, learned, put in some decent results and progressed nicely in his first season. I really don't care what the detractors say, it means nothing at the end of the day and his results prove that he has every right to have his **** on a seat! When you get idiots saying there's a hundred people that should be on that bike ahead of Bradley, you know he's doing something right.

Suck it up, kids... he's done better than you lot thought he would and it pains you all to give him credit where it's due, he may not have been a Marquez - but then nobody else was either!!! - but hey... we love reading your comments cause we know you are bending over into the Amritage Shanks!

Go Bradders! Good luck for next season.

LOL @ Matafuko

Just like BS it seems your standards are ridiculously low!

For BS just riding a MotoGP bike is an achievement, riding a prototype M1 is like all his Christmases come at once, achieving a top 10 result is better than even he expects based on his ability, & any better than that is like a victory for him.

No wonder he carries on like he's the cats whiskers, in his mind he's doing really well.

However, 10th in the championship with a top 8 bike would be seen as abject failure by any other rider, & by anyone not related to BS.

What a waste of a competitive ride ...

@Fullofit: No, my standards are realistic, not low! It was his first season on a MotoGP bike and he has/had a lot to learn... as you would know being a racing fan?! Regardless of where the bike *could* be and where it's placed before, he's done well. If you take your comment of what the bike is capable of, then I put it to you, shouldn't Jorge have won the title? Shouldn't Pedrosa have won the title? Shouldn't Vale have won the title... etc, etc, etc. Your argument becomes pointless if you follow your own logic!

It's people like you - who think they have the capacity to judge a rider and even decide that they shouldn't be on the bike - who are the laughable ones. Yes, everyone is entitled to their opinion but sometimes, opinions are better kept locked away.

I've said this before but it's no wonder in this day and age that people are the way they are. Everyone wants something right here and now with not an ounce of waiting. Too much impatientness!

Sounds to me like you guys played a little too much limp biscuit with Bradders at school.

Facts are simple.
He had one of the top 8 bikes & he finished below that.
The fact that he and you guys think that is an accomplishment speaks more to your lack of standards than anything else.

MotoGP is not for people to arrive and waste time learning. It's for people who have already done their learning & proved themselves in smaller categories ... neither of which BS did.

No matter what you guys and BS wish were true, reality is that the 10 guys below him in the championship would all have done more with that bike, as would at least 10 guys in WSBK, 10 in WSS, 5 in BSB, etc.

@Fullofit: Sounds like you never even WENT to school, kiddo!

EDIT: ...and you're boring me now so grow up and move on. We've all read your anti-Smith posts and it's the same over and over. Your rhetoric is pitiful...
