Impressive rom VR, Cal & Ian. I expected more from Pol ( even though I'm not a fan ).It's only testing though, and the first day at that.
I really want to see what BS can do with his new bike.
Shame Redding isn't fit.

VR crew chief change OK so far.......

The Yamaha's pretty close, and I'm surprised to see the Factory Ducati's so close together already too.

Good job Cal.

Honda are the watermark though. Let's see how the guys get on tomorrow.

seeing most of them put in their fast laps right at the end, its no indication of pace.....rossi may be a tenth behind on his fastest lap but if he is 3 tenths behind on pace, it adds up to 10 seconds

the analysis will give a better idea.....

Can't wait to see what Nicky does on the Production Racer. I guess hiring Stoner to test the 2014 RCV gets the team a day off, Repsol must b pretty confident with their ability to adapt to the rule changes.

re: "Also absent was newly crowned world champion Marc Marquez, who like Repsol Honda team-mate Dani Pedrosa took a well-deserved day off."

Estrella Galicia... she kicks like a mutha. :)

re: Likewise the new Forward Yamaha - to be ridden by Aleix Espargaro and Colin Edwards - was not ready in time for Monday."
