Assuming he actually stays fit next year, I still believe that Pedro has a legitimate shot at the WDC. However, this kind of looks like his last real chance, at HRC anyway, to really go for it.

You could tell this injury has been plaughing Danni since then. Even waving to fans and mid race strength woes showed he was still carrying injury. Hope he shows MM some old dogs tricks nect season! Lets facecMM has been watching Dannis style all season.

It'll be a damn shame if the little guy doesn't pick up a WC before he retires, he would have at least 2 by now if it wasn't for injury.
Without doubt one of the best riders out there, which is why he's deservedly been on that bike as long as he has, lets face it, who else would do better!
If I was a team owner, he'd have a ride for sure.

I have always had a soft spot for Dani and would love to see him lift the championship one year however a little like Guy Martin at the TT, with every barren year that goes by I see his chances finding still further. Which is a shame.

While I have often thought (for about three years!) this must be his last chance, I am not quite sure who would replace Dani and do a better job. Other than Jorge, which goes without saying, who else would jump on the Factory Honda and do any better? Would the customer Honda riders go better?
