Lorenzo is not stupid.. To Ducati? Now? for what? to ride with Satelite bikes... Maybe one day when Ducati start to build decente Motogp bikes again ( even if for that some people will have to die first at the Home land on Ducati Curse ) just Joking..lol. I agree more with the people that say that he will ride one Repsol Honda on that i bealive one day Lorenzo will try...

When has a rider ever admitted that a rumour is true?? There have been loads of stories that have been vigorously denied only to end up being total fact !! There is never smoke without fire !

Expect more close racing this season,, Lorenzo and Dani already on their prime, marc will surely improve another step, vale still can improve to close the gap to podium... this season will really be the clash of titans,,

"It's not just the colour though. I'm excited to see what's inside the bike in Sepang!"

Yeah hopefully the bike will be a bit closer to the Hondas. I think if this year he feels the bike hasn't improved enough he may get frustrated again and could really start considering a switch to Honda. From his comments he seems optimistic though that there has been improvement to the bike. I guess we'll find out at Sepang.

These rumours are always handy when a rider/driver is approaching contract negotiation time...not that I'm suggesting their management have anything to do with the spread.

Aye right.

Exactly! I made a similar statement in the other thread.

"I am training hard to lose some kilos..........."
That sorts out the weight debate that has being going on on here.
If extra bulk is not an issue then he wouldn't bother.

Anybody that said that carrying extra weight is not a problem care to comment?

re: "Anybody that said that carrying extra weight is not a problem care to comment?"

sure thing. it's a sliding scale based on height. the shorter you are, the greater the penalty. the taller you are, the lesser the penalty. for each rider there is an optimum ratio. naturally, the extreme ends of this spectrum are to be avoided. that's where physics has placed the "deal breakers".
