Garry: I love Colin but he must retire.

If Colin is still enjoying himself and a team sees enough value in him to give him a ride, then I see no reason for him to retire. More power to him.

Thats sad to say Garry.. He was 2 place on the CRT Class and honestly he was worcking very well!! Offcorse that i understand that will be hard for Colin to do somethingh really speacial, also because is bike is not one Factory but also because even when it was he was not that Top Motogp rider, but in is Battle with is Team m8 aim loocking Foward to Wach Colin Kicking Espargaro Ass that yes Did great year in 2013 but also is bike was the Best CRT even better then Randy bike i bealive... I whant to wach the Oldschool kicking ass on this Young riders!! But anyway Colin Edwards is other rider from my generation that i will not forget mostly because he was the rider that Honda Choose to ride there Vtwin that was build to prove that Vtwins bikes had the advantge in Wsbk rules and guess what Colin and Honda did the Job.. Colin is also one extremly fun guy that know how to enjoy is worck and is live.. So Its a Legend here on my books=)

Colin Edwards is a class rider. If I was putting a motogp team together I sure would choose him over a good few of the other younger riders in the paddock today. If you keep fit 40 years nowadays is not the same as it was 30 years ago, look at Biaggi, world champion at 41 and could have kept riding at the same level for at least a couple more years.

Anyway, Colin's right this year's bike 'It's got to be better'. Looking forward to see what it's like. I think Pol Espargaro and him will make a great team.

This year, Colin has a proper bike and a team being built around him. He's probably frothing at the mouth, as he has more-or-less played 2nd fiddle to teammates of the past.

Colin is a smooth as butter old school racer. Much like Valentino. From the days when smooth was fast. Now, with electronics, their style of riding doesn't equate to the quickest lap times. Put him on any non-electronic bike and he's top tier.
