rossi was 7 tenths from the front in his first outing in sepang in 2012

crutchlow is 2 seconds... I don't think ducati have improved the bike since stoner won the championship 7 years ago

From what I understand only Yonny Hernandez was riding the Ducati as Open class today? I wonder what tires they were all using, I don't think all bikes that are going to be riding as Open class will be able to use the same soft tire the CRTs use. I think it was Redding who mentioned he didn't think they'll be able to use the soft rear ? I would imagine it could be the same for the Ducatis, unless bridgestone comes up with something.

How many years are the Ducati fans, staff and riders suposed to put up with this terrble state? Surely now past riders can be vindicated in there decision to leave.

GP14 has better corner entry but went slower, could mean lots of things but i'm affraid is same old story.Open, there isn't another way if they want to rebuilt the bike. That means Cal should prepare for a painfull year,i hope he got the strenght to carry in to second.

rameez.solkar.7: Iannone too rode an open class bike . I just saw a pic of his bike in carbon black with the rear seat cowl totally different to what cals and dovizioso 's bike has . Hope anyone observes it

I haven't been watching but in :

"Ducati plans to split the Pramac programme this year, with Iannone racing a Factory Option machine whereas Yonny Hernandez's bike is running to the Open tier regulations."

I understand that as Hernandez's the only one testing as open class, Iannone is on the satellite (factory) and Dovi and Cal on the factory Ducati?

CC looks fresh and not worried judging from the pictures, but you cant expect miracles he needs time to adapt to the bike and lose the rust, gap is big but what is new. good luck
