The first thing a new leader does is to make his mark and show who is boss. He does this by getting rid of the employees who he sees as making too many errors or not being efficient or effective.
After the mistakes, misinterpretations and bad decisions of 2013 and the winter, Suppo and Nakamoto should be driving Tuc-Tucs soon.

advice for new HRC boss ....

increase competition healthy and balanced, the research should not be used as the primary reference to always competitive, consider as a reference for the development of rider input. do not always put profit. stop selling RCV1000R, switch to RCV 213 for privater team. remember the goal is MotoGP competition for entertainment ... win or lose it is proper. have fun ... its just a race.

make the dream a reality ... but still put the foot on the earth as a beachhead ...... Honda - the power of dream

translating to english with google. sorry for my grammar !!!!

I bet he is appalled of what his predecessor let go on.....

We are going to see change like never before, mark my words......

Oh wait this is Honda not Ducati, my bad.

As realist says "business as usual".
