Unbelievable how a man in his mid thirties can still perform at this level. Reminds me of a comment by JL to the effect that riders "drop off" in their early thirties.

Still, I think it will be between Rossi and JL for 2nd place. And maybe also DP if he can start well and/or have a good first half of the race. Assuming he has the pace.

@ cossiegaz
This session I see MM&JL more consistent than Vale,, but race is a different ball game,, marc will win and a twin podium for yamaha most probably... I just smell a hefty battle to happen between the blue teammates,,

Tech3's home race and still Smith cannot perform. How ever did this guy manage to get the Tech3 ride? Must have been politics. Best UK rider at the time?

Tech3 get rid of this pretender and get someone who will challenge for the podium. You owe it to your sponsors and fans.

i am really interested to see how the soft tires will do the race distance, the key is the first few laps when MM will probably try to run away a make a new race lap record, if the M1 boys can stay in touch maybe we will have a race for the win at the end or maybe its just a dream MM will clobber them all and make 5 out of 5! go VR

I hope Vale can sit tucked behind MM from at least lap 2 and not hurt his tires. Vale is the best with old tires and less fuel load. I hope he gets the start he got in Jerez...

Jlo can be a interesting in this race.

MM is little shabby in this circuit. If pushed on the limit I see some mistakes coming. But he is capable of winning even with mistakes.

But something tells me that VR is gonna pull something out of his hat in the last minute and may be challenge MM like Qatar...

Hope the race is safe for all.... Go Vale... Lets teach MM how to rattle.... :)
