Just accept the fact that Marquez is better than you , and every one else .... all the other guys on the grid have no chance of a podium because your bike is much better than theirs ! And why should it be a surprise that Honda has a great bike that is what they are here for to be the best , not just make a star of a rider .

I think they found something last year, called Marc Marquez.
A bit like when Rossi was at his peak, the bike does not need to be prefect for him to win on it, he's just really really good at riding bikes.

Huskymick: MM is just better than the rest, whats the old saying a bad workman always blames his tools.

and the other old saying, always use the right tool for the job.

I'm not sure rossi is guilty of trying to substitute possible short comings in the yam for a lack of skill on his part, perhaps he just feels the yams not quite where the the honda is, he's deffo wise enough to know he is not where MM is, nobody is! Either way, at their respective stages in their careers I reckon if VR and MM started the season on each others bikes the championship table would not look much different.

Marquez is obviously better than Rossi and Lorenzo right now, but the Yamaha guys are right.

The Honda is much more stable on the brakes - up until this year Yamaha demanded its' riders adopt a braking style with wheels in line on.entry to.corners, but this year they have allowed Pol to try the Marquez style. Just look how well that works - Pol's crash at Mugello in practise among many show how unsuited the Yamaha is to a sideways on one wheel corner entry.

In terms of fuel saving Honda is also on top - the RCV cuts off cylinders to burn fuel more efficiently when not flat-out. The Yamaha doesn't do that.

77dave77 just accept that 2 motogp riders are telling it the way it is. the honda is better and that yam had to improve while honda was already blistering fast from the start.
You can eighter listen to youre self.(i wouldnt do that because what do you know feel and see if youre not the 1 riding motogp)
or listen(read) what JL and VR have to say.
But if you are a hot mm fan...... yeah the yamaha is way better than the honda but mm is from another planet and all the riders are just regular even a 4 times and a 9 times champ.

It's called the tires Rossi, just like in 2009. Traction control too. Maybe some of Stoner's Data too.

btw, you don't cut off cylinders, you cut ignition and fuel injectors. Who knows, maybe Honda are running a lean burn (like in F1/GDI) motorcycle machine that easily manages the fuel situation while Yamaha are still bothering with a more traditional approach. Rosberg was pretty pleased w/ Petronas, maybe Repsol have been doing some homework with Honda, and they have a very fuel efficient bike.

frontbrake: Honda in my view has the edge over Yamaha but it has to be ridden
And the REAL difference is Marc.
I believe if Marc was on the Yam he would win maybe not all GP'S , but
Most.

What he said....
