HRC were caught out by the rule change and for once are on the back foot. The RC212V does not enjoy the advantages the RC211V did and so their satellite teams, with the exception of factory supported Melandri at Gresini, are suffering quietly in HRC servitude. What can they really say ? The bike is underpowered, was so designed around Pedrosa that the bigger riders couldn't even tuck behind the fairing and the behaviour of the bike has led to massive front end issues for everyone EXCEPT WEE DANI.In deference to HRC heirarchy, the riders can't say much but Melandri did say "F%ck this" after Jerez, good man.Good luck.HRC will be trying pneumatic valves - oh wait,Aprilia debuted them in 2002 . . .
