I for one am happy that the Ducati boys have wrapped up the
championships as I always like to see a new champion I find things get a little boring after 2 or 3 years of the same people winning all the time....

MOTOGP » Ducati celebrate perfect title trilogy

A perfect one-two finish for Casey Stoner and Loris Capirossi in Sunday's Australian Grand Prix assured Ducati of an equally perfect sweep of the 2007 riders', teams' and manufacturers' world championships.

Indeed the sooky Japanese will have to find new excuses next year, the change to 800cc didn't hurt the Dukes at all. With Melandri on board next year they'll have 2 competitive riders and that will make them even stronger.

Certainly Honda will be demanding a one tyre rule and you can bet your bottom dollar then won't be asking for Bridgestones....

If you know corporate Japan before a single part can be changed from the original drawing 10 committees go into conference to weigh up the pro's and con's as to why that part must be changed, bearing in mind that 1000 committees have met before the original drawing was signed off, where as I believe Ducati say that parts wearing too quick lets fix it before we run it next time?????
