How can a guy whos won 7 world titles, broke so many records came 2nd in the championship when the bike and or tires havnt been as competitive be ordinary? Every rider has commented that when they have been behind Rossi he looks like he is workin the bike and himself so hard to make what is a rubbish bike so competitive where is Colin and most of the other guys on mich's rubber? Too many people r talkin as if Rossi is past it, a has been. He still has World champs in him. He might win the title next year and everyone will remember just how good he really is, afterall a true champ is able to go through the bad times and still have the skill and passion to win at what they love to do the best.

Dear Mr Kees is the reason your grandfather discovered Western Australia,is that his ship was too tall to fit under the Sydney Harbour Bridge,I thought perhaps Hartog may have bumped into Australia he was a rotten sea captain, but a great MotoGp rider, the White Giant I think??? I do like that Van Nelle not much of a MotoGPer though ;)
At least mate you have a sense of humour,,,,what time do you think it will rain on Sunday for the Malasian MotoGP???

Kees,
You need to take a deep breath. I love the Dukes, but nearly an orgasm...no. You need to tell the misses to get you sorted :)
It was obviuos at the start of the season the Duke had MUCH nmore top speed. The Jap bikes looked stupid. The years of testing with Bridgestone have paid dividends this year and Ducati rightly deserve all they have got.
That said, you have to say the Rossi is probably still the best rider and can get more out of his machine than anyone else given the conditions.

I loved to see Aussies race, Doohan, Beattie, Garry mcCoy especially,
all decent chaps and good sportsmen. Stoner is too, apart from the big mouth,
in that he's way behind his countrymen. Will that change in the future you think?

I don't think stoner is big mouthed or a Pratt, like vermulen, stoner is very nervous and uncomfortable with the press, he's definately not a Rossi or a sheene when it comees to the media

Grromm regarding Casey and his so called big mouth I will talk in facts only we do see more interviews of him especially now than the rest of the world.Casey is/was painfully shy,I have seen an interview in Australia where he was being interviewed by an Aussie in quite a friendly way,the camera panned to his hands and they were shaking,at the moment it hasn't sunk in that he is World Champion, when he was leading the Championship he had no idea what to do in interviews and the first thing that came into his mind was blurted,no matter how much coaching he will get he will never be a charmer like Rossi,he will not be bubbley like Edwards,I do know much of the money he gets comes back to

Australia to team27 that he and his father have set up to foster young Aussie kids further their futures in motorcyle racing. I would just ask people to relise he is 21 years old and ask these people who critise him how would they behave to-wards the media in the same set of circumstances, I am sure not many of us would be perfect orators given no experience. I just must say that Doohan could have a sharp tongue but because he was older and didn't look like a 14 year it went over better. I am sure Casey will get used to his fame but he will never be, a Rossi, Edwards, Hayden or Barros but then look on the bright side he will never be a Biaggi. At the moment just enjoy his riding.
