I think it will be great for Motogp to have Biaggi back. He is one of the best and most popular riders in the world. Look what he has done for the ratings in WSB. Biaggi was always at his best on a 250 and with the 800's having to be ridden more like a 250 I am sure he will do very well. For one year, Biaggi will bring back the excitement and probably controvercy to a series that is in danger of dying on its feet.

Wow ! That would be absolutely fabulous ! Biaggi back with a Honda on Bridgestone tires... Go for it guys, Fausto, Max, you both know it's the best solution for you : Alex DeAngelis will be nowhere in MotoGP as he already was in 250 (1 win in a zillion starts) but Biaggi will bring TV coverage to the team, hence sponsors.

And as all other Hondas will have Michelins, the day where the French tires are crap, Max will be Honda's best hope !

I so much hope this deal will be completed...

As much as I want to see Max back in MotoGP I think this would be a double bad move on his part. First off Honda hates him and will make sure he doesn't win, second off that team has struggled over the years because of the environment within the team. Max should be looking at Suzuki/Kawasaki/Ducati and get himself a factory ride. I honestly thought Suzuki would talk to him after Hopper left, bleh on their part.

Biaggi or Capirossi ? I would chose Capirossi as well if I were Paul Denning : at least as fast as Max, and way easier to manage...

I don't see where the team has struggled, as it has scored several wins with Gibernau, Melandri and even Elias in the 990cc years. It has only struggled this year, as all Honda teams, but Melandri has still done well.

Finally, as regards Honda's alleged "hatrid", no company has such kind of feelings. They just won't supply him with any better machinery than the other customer teams, but time has passed and Honda will certainly not forbid Gresini to hire Biaggi.

And Niva, you've probably been in outerspace for a few weeks, but Ducati, Kawasaki and Suzuki have all set up their riders for quite a long time now, so there is no possibility for Max to get a ride there.

HRC would give and treat Gresini worse than they treat the Roberts, LCR or Minolta teams combined if Max get signed...which would make Dovi and RDP number 3 and 4 Honda riders automatically...

If Fausto wants to end up at the bottom of hte HRC food chain instead of second then do it...otherwise he will just be throwing away his money...

Too old, had his chance, Honda don't like him, give it to someone who deserves it.

MotoGP needs young blood to keep it interesting...well that and better circuits!

How many more chances will he have with a competative package?? I'm sure after the Honda fiasco business in GPs and now this business with the cash is not going to warm him to any potential team managers.
