Mr. Dedication...always testing and trying to improve while the others have gone and left. Nicky is the hardest working man in the sport!

MOTOGP » Hayden gets soaked at Sepang test

Heavy rain at Sepang on Monday wasn't enough to prevent Nicky Hayden completing 30 laps of the Malaysian Grand Prix circuit.

Guy works harder than anyone in the paddock. I really hope next year treats him better.

Nicky might not be the fastest guy in the paddock but he's certainly on of the nicest and most sincere and that counts for a lot. I hope his luck changes in 2008 and he wins a few and is still in the title hunt at the end of the season. Go Nicky!

Nicky Hayden has 119 points with one race to go - identical points to Stoner in 2006.

Except in 2006:
Stoner: 6 retirements, 1 non start.

And in 2007:
Hayden: 3 retirements.

Nicky needs to join Ducati and do a Stoner transformation, doesn't look too good does it? I guess if Pedrosa beats him again next year he'll be leaving HRC and could possibly do a swap with Melandri if Melandri doesn't adjust to the Ducati.

While Nicky rode inn the rain, the other "rain specialist",
Dani the kid kept his socks dry. HE should had taken the bike out
and practice a bit! Among the top contenders he is the only one
that really suck on wet asphalt.

Typical Hayden...

He's making up for his mistakes in the race
by punishing himself in testing on a monday.
Nice guy, we all love him

but the mondays don't really count, do they?

Since when does he only work hard because of a mistake? Maybe if he was like everyone else and put the blame on his equipment then it wouldn't look like he was trying to make up for something.

But yeah, mondays don't count, even though all of the other Honda riders will benefit from his hard work.
