You guys seem to loose all sense of reality - Rossi, Pedrosa, Stoner, are all hugely talented riders and they all require bikes, tires, etc to gell before they can win regulary.Rossi is having a bad patch, whereas Stoner has hit a good patch. The fact that Pedrosa and Rossi still win without the "percieved" best package, speaks volumes for their skill. You could give plenty of other guys on the grid the perfect package and they would still only manage 5th.

Stop getting so bitter about a sport you supposedly enjoy.

Casey is a superb rider - he won the championship hands down, and lets not forget that he didnt let Dani walk to the 2nd 250 title either. Why do a lot of you have to only follow one rider, who you then idolise blindly?

ash - 2nd place isnt exactly nothing is it? open your eyes :) especially when racing Dani.

Wow... when posting started on this forum it was interesting. But alas like all un-moderated forums that don't require a log-in, it has been taken over by stupid coks that know very little about what they pretend to be experts in.

I'm off to find a GP site with posts from intelligent people, rather than the idiots that post on here... I've noticed those people who did post decent comments have long gone

Bet you anything within a few months this site will insist on a log-in as it degenerates with posts from kids that need to grow up a bit (and get an education...)

Rossi, Stoner, Pedrosa & the rest are all great riders. I like Rossi best because he's been at the top or near the top for 10 years, which is an astounding accomplishment, and because he has a very colorful personality. He's a very likable guy. People who hate him, or Stoner, and post rude comments to public message boards are a**holes.

Been watching it for 27 years. I am sick of all the adolescent crap that gets posted here. Gina's post is a good example. (Gina, my dad could beat up your dad). So I'm with Cheerio and gettin' out of here. Bye kids. Have fun.

You Rossi haters really are amusing, remember at the end of 2003 Rossi CHOSE to move to Yamaha, from a guaranteed winning motorcycle to a Yamaha that in 2003 managed one solitary podium finish(3rd with Barros)and won the next two titles, indeed won the first race of 2004,that shows the man had balls , so 5 top class titles, one on the 2 stroke NSR,2 on the 4 stroke Honda and 2 on the Yamaha M1.
This year Casey was awesome, these things happen in sport,Rossi will still win races next year and will go down as the best rider of the last couple of decades.
Let's see if Casey/Dani or Nicky have the balls to change from a guaranteed winning bike in the future-even Doohan didn't have the balls to.

Give Rossi the tools he needs to work and we'll see him back on top again. I try to be pretty positive about everything but, people can hate Rossi all they want but, the man done soooooo many things in his career and yes he's 28 but, I can't wait see what all the one hit wonders have accomplished in MotoGP by the time they've reached 28. Facts talk. Yes Stoner won the Title this year on something that probably compares to a rocket in speed but, it did take skill to manuver it around the circuits all year so, much respect to Stoner but, he's no Rossi by a loooooooong way. He will never be and time will show us this.
