Gina, You are unbelievable.
Pedrosa has never ridden another bike other than the FACTORY HONDA and he hasn't won. Can he not ride any other bike? Rossi is the only one to have swapped and won. But guess what the last 2 years he has not won so even the great Rossi needs the best bike on the grid to win. What is your fantiasy arguement. Grow up and face the facts that Stoner is the fastest rider in MotoGP at the moment. He knows how to win and has the fire in the belly that gives him the drive to win.

MOTOGP » Stoner: We kept getting faster and faster...

The 2007 season may have only finished on Sunday, but MotoGP world champion Casey Stoner shows no signs of throttling off - the Australian having dominated the first post-season test session, at Valencia.

I'd say suzuki was good enough for race wins in 2007 also, if they had someone like Rossi driving it...

macfinpol - I have a lot of respect for what Kenny and his team are trying to achieve and the huge amount of work that goes into that project. It takes a lot of bottle to effictively build your own bike around Hondas' engine instead of taking the easy route and leasing the full package, and I salute the man for trying. I really hope he can get adequate funding, a competitive engine and two decent riders for next season otherwise it may be the last we see of Team KR. It would have been awesome to see an 800cc KTM or even an Aprilia engine kicking *** this season.

Take a peek at the bbc sports website, Rossi is now warning that if yamaha dont buck their ideas up he will move to Ducati for 2009.
Question is? Would they have him?? do they need him???
My personal view is no, He will be pushing 30yrs old and there is a lot of young tallent coming through the ranks.
Interesting statements he makes though.

I hope Stoner and Malandri kick butt next year so Ducati can tell Rossi to get a ride somewhere else. :-o

Or maybe they do it discreetly like with Bayliss and Capirossi to someone else?

ever thought rossi might want to win the championship on 3 different bikes? that would be something special, and also...if a team arent giving 100% why should the rider?

rossi hasnt even said he wants to go to ducati, he said he's on good terms with honda and ducati, but if suzuki is good or kawasaki, why not them?

The best ever motogp rider...who's italian on an italian bike, for one or 2 years...whats wrong with that, stoner leaves in 2009 to try and do the same as rossi, rossi does 2 years with ducati, 32yrs old, maybe does a season in WSBK for ducati as well, that'd be rather cool and i'd like to see it.

But before we start bashin, lets see what 2008 brings yeah?

If Rossi really wanted to go to Ducati, I don't think they'd hesitate to boot whichever of Stoner or Melandri was doing worse. You'd have to be stupid to really think that Rossi has somehow "lost it"

I question whether Rossi would be willing to go to Ducati though. He left Honda and went to Yamaha (and not Ducati) not to prove he was the best rider, but because he felt Yamaha listened the most to the rider. Honda and Ducati (at the time) were just out to build the best bike possible, and it didn't matter who rode it- the bike was the reason for the win. It would be interesting to see if they've changed since then. Probably not, seeing how Capirossi and Hayden have been treated..

I think Rossi have made the best he could do this year whith Yamahas lack of power, the tire situation some bad luck and he is the best ever in my mind.
Fore sure he will make a big comeback next year with bridgestone and a updated M1
and maybe the luck will come back his way.He is the true champ in my mind the best ever Can´t wait untill he wipes the smile off Stoners face it seems he defenetly needs it
FOOOOOOOOOOOOOORZA Vale
