I love the comments made by Gina.

Stoner is a moaner becuase of his clutch at Estoril.

Rossi complains all season about the tyre rules, Michelin tyres, Yamaha, His bike, and team and it's ok, Rossi is just saying what is true.

Where the hell do you come from Gina?

I want to go there and get some of those drugs your on. :p

Barros was explicitly told by ducati after overtaking stoner for 3rd that they'd make sure he never made it to the podium again,
They were not amused by the fact that he denied their no 1 factory bike a place on the podium at their home race

I would be interested to see a factual report/statment posted anywhere that would back that claim up? dont spose you would have a url link??? And what about every other race this season then, are you now saying Ducati intentionally sabotaged their own satalite teams complete season with the same threat :?

Question: You had a contract that was good for 2008 as well, is that right?
Barros: Yes, but Paolo Campinotti, Pramac owner, called me and said that, in a meeting with the Ducati Corse bosses, big
boss Claudio Domenicali asked that the situation that happened in the Italian GP, when I passed Stoner at the end of
the race and was 3rd, never repeat itself. In other words, I'd have to subject myself to always coming in behind the
factory riders, and that I just can't accept. If the championship had been in a crucial phase, so be it, but that was the
sixth GP in a season of 18! The commitment they wanted me to agree to isn't right, in my point of view, and hence my
leaving.

a bit further:

...But I think the main advantage Ducati had this season
were the eletronics. The Magneti Marelli system is the most evolved of all. I can't talk much about it, but no other
brand has a management system that is as good. The traction control isn't like those of other bikes, where the setup is
unique for each track. Ours changes according to the way each person rides the bike, the parameters are different for
each corner, individually, and this advantage was key in order for Ducati to be in front and win the title. But that
doesn't take anything away from Stoner, who rode harder than anyone

Wow looks like you get your info from a real credible source???

So having 'Ducati' factory traction control advantages makes Casey faster than everyone else also???
engine? tyres? traction control?, oh dont forget that 'one off' special secret shade of go faster red paint and the NASA designed wax polish used...

Hmmm You would reckon Alex would of just rode shot gun all year to Stoner thus prove his point..... no?

keep em coming :)

it makes you wonder why little red rooster doesnt appear spontaneous when he wins and why that aggression in practice to checa - the fingering and noding and kicking; as if he had to have an excuse what happened - to his big bosses. mentioning not making mistakes was the most common reason he would attach to his riding as if there was no riding at all;
wonder if the big brothers gave him some promises, pressures & conditions to fullfill as long as he makes no mistakes; then they warned the crapy ducatis as well - that things are not 2 happen.
when he became the champ he was wondering around like a lost puppy /rooster x - until the ducati lifted him up and reminded him he has to celebrate.
