jesus guys - get off dani's case, he's just a boy

have any of you actually spoke to him behind the scenes ? maybe he's nervous. when you're employed by HRC there will be huge pressure. let's see any of you carry that on your shoulders.

as for waking up in 20 years wondering where it went ? he's probably been more places, seen more things and achieved greater feats than any of us here could dream of - already.

he doesn't slag people off and unlike stoner, doesn't moan, yes moan, every other sentence. next year he'll be a place higher in the championships. if he doesn't smile then, maybe i'll change my mind.

till then - have a think before you talk sh_te

MOTOGP » Q&A: Dani Pedrosa

Dani Pedrosa bares his soul as he looks back on what happened during a troubled 2007 campaign and how he fought back to come out of the situation winning.

Glad to see that you are son concerned about him,
I don't know the guy but he seems to do a great job,
at 22 he already has three world championships (not two) under his belt and is second in the standings of MotoGP,
probably a multi millionaire on his way to the nwxt WC (in 2008?).
That's enough to make me jealous.
How he spends his money or christmas is not my bizz.
Good going Dani! ;)

The 'he's the anti-Rossi' comment is surprisingly accurate.
Dani is totally serious, no sense of humour, & zero social skills.
Rossi is extrovert, delusional, and totally egotistic.
Blend them together and you might get two normal people!

You seem to know them both quite well?

Pedrosa sees himself in 2008 not only developing yet another HRC prototype buy also a whole new generation of Michelin tyres, nonetheless. And he is by himself. Who will help him to develop the tyres, a rookie like Lorenzo?
Only Pedrosa's candor and age makes him stay in fighting mode, but his changes against the winning Bridgestone are dim.

He's a racer in the Eddie Lawson/ Mick Doohan mold - nothing wrong with that. Has a way to go before he can match Lawson or Doohan though. ;)

Mr Fixit- for a guy how you say 'is totally serious, no sense of humour, & zero social skills' there was a fit blond haired girl waiting for him at parc ferme at the end of the Valencia race, so he can be as bad as you say. :p

in the 250s pedrosa is the one that attracted my attention that wherever he qualified he was able to PASS and progress forward and often win. Is fast ( talent ). he definitely has strong personality as that is what he is known for and recognized for..so he is very different to most riders ( spirit ). these two strengths are something you can never change, thay are there or not. so with change of changeable things - such as team, bike, tyres etc he would be the future No.1 among the young riders.

I like the racing, especially when one guy puts a good pass on another guy. I don't care much about their personality. I don't watch to find out what they are going to say in the interview after the race. Why does everyone care about the guys personality in MotoGP? Am I missing something? :?
