Really don't know what good you all see in Toseland results? Hes simply slowest of all newcomers, and week or two ago all of you claimed he'll easly beat and eat Lorenzo.

I think it was 'WOW' who was criticising the comments made about JT at the Sepang test, expecially those made by Herve Poncharal as rubbish pandering to the desperate brits.

As I said at the time just keep watching the tests and once the season gets underway we can be more objective, but .3 of a second off Edwards who has ridden the MOTOGP Yamaha for the last few years is pretty amazing in my opinion. I think it shows an incredibly mature progression and he will continue to improve I am sure.

I also cant remember people claiming he would 'eat and beat' Lorenzo. It is also worth mentioning that Toseland hasnt had much experience of Jerez (if any at all).

After 3 days on track you should know the way round so dont think thats good enough excuse (TimC)he is the slowest new boy by some way too. Iam a Brit so want James to do really well (in the top ten at the end of the year)but lets not blow sunshine up his ars to early. Lorenzo looks like he is going to be stronger than first thought(by me anyway)

Lorenzo will be much more painful to Rossi than Biaggi, Gibernau or Stoner on the same bike. I think he will win his 1st MotoGP win in his rookie year. He might will ruin Pedrosa and Stoner race days too.

This bad boy may gain some glory in 2008 with increasing fans and follower with his real man bravery riding attitude. The modern golden era MotoGP is coming into 2008 season featuring exciting battles between Stoner, Pedrosa, Rossi, Lorenzo, Capirossi, Hopkins and not far behind Vermuelen, Dovi, Hayden, Angelis, JT, Edwards, Nakano, Guintoli and Elias.

There is a hot and cold surrounding Melandri and West how they'll get their 2008 season going...
