Good to see the lad put his recovery, team, & sponsers above going out and getting on the turps. I guess it shows how dedicated he really is, and a team player he really is.

Best of luck lad, and hope your recovery is swift.

Morgue, sounds almost good news on Casey thanks for the information, nothing in the papers here which proves Europe papers are more interested than the Aussie lot.Dr Halpin is about the best there is lets hope it is only rest needed, Febuary does kinda put him behind the blackball, wonder if he will ride the 07 model as he will not have done much work on the 08. When you go back through the recent World Champions being number one seems to have much bad luck luck attached, perhaps an honourable second maybe safer???? :? :? :?

Could be superstition Saltbush, if you want your champ to win send him positive energy ;)
I'm not a big Stoner fan but it is good to know he has no permanent damage on the shoulder,
my gutfeeling says the '07 bike might actually bring him more luck than the new one (but maybe that's superstition too).
That young Canepa is quite good with it, isn't he? Saw aome amazing pictures of him completely flat in the corners :p

Thanks Morgue for the Casey links, as you may have guessed computers are not my forte but I am now learning to copy and paste this makes finding your links much easier, I used to have to write the hhtp on a piece of paper then type it in WITHOUT making a mistake.
Yep superstitish would never wear green always mounted from the left and wouldn't let a female on the seat, funny thing is it didn't seem to work real well of course I never found out what would have happened if I didn't have this ritual :? :? :?

Allright Saltbush, if I find more I'll pass them on.
I think you are doing a good job with copy pasting, it sure helps with these long links! :p

There was an interesting stance on the relativity of superstition by Giacomo Agostini in an advert:

(and we're talking about a man who won in the era when they often raced a foot away from walls and lampposts...)
