I like Hayden. Hard working guy, maybe not the most talended, but pure determination. If he does well next year, it's becasue of him, not because Honda favors him

No worries Flick ;)

I've been a Biaggi fan for years but there were some things that are not ok with him,
at Assen '05 he was so angry over bad qualifying that he made a practise start at a downright dangerous spot where other riders passed at almost fullspeed. Melandri was just able to avoid hitting him at about 270 kph (Max was standing still).
He was fined for it (after Max' uncle went after Melandri in the pitlane, forcing him to start with some bruises and scratches).
Shows what people you're dealing with

after achieving No.1 in 2006 - from humble Niki became the posing Rolex watch different guy. the posing doesnt really bother me - but the change in behaviour shows that different things in life brings out a different person in most people, inlc Hayden. he went back to his old humble self in 2007.
have to say the pedrosa incident did show that he is a great person - but again in THAT context. remember that all behaviour is contextual, but the strong ones are pretty much same in most contexts..
for example - when did you see rossi get angry? may i say never?
the hayden website revealed to me that he is more volatile and again this is my personal perception: didnt like it

in riders lives there are two main important things in life: something Big outside of themselves ( riding-racing-bikes ) and 2nd: themselves alone as a rider that gives them a reflection how important and different they are ( ego? ). well - I believe Hayden has that second part stronger than he presents to the public that can emerge as aggression, emotion of any other kind, and boring stuff like that. can be hidden or not. stoner is another example.
there are some riders that dont think much about themselves and the ego part is pretty much nonimportant/minor and there is nothing to hide. i can list you both lists if you want and find it interesting...

Gina
You are so full of ****
Your sanctimonious arm chair psychology is hilarious. Unless you know Hayden personally or any of the other riders making that kind of assesment is reckless and pretentious arrogance on your part.

Good Grief!
He's a poser (He's paid to take pictures and represent sponsors)
Citing the Pedrosa incident (this proves he's not a good person - What!)
Back to his humble self (are you kidding)
Rossi doesn't get angry (please)
Last but not least, your arm chair assesments of riders egos (what a joke)

Have another drink Gina, I might just come back to this thread to see what other bull**** you come up with.

Chris calm down.
Hayden can be a poser, very fair and a big sportsman in pedrosa incident, bit of a crybaby in protesting against rossi in ph.island and when he became the podium champ, change behaviour in diferent years he's ridden; I don't dislike hayden at all - he is cool, but do notice things;rossi doesnt get angry really and especially not with other people. sometimes he has some signs of nervous body language and that often happens in relation to journalists or fans asking him questions he is probably sick of.
ego's - human nature
drink: i'm the only person in this forum you will never find a trace of any drink meaning alchohol - so i dont drink at all - so even there -you missed it

The Ped'low'sa Incident.

How should they have acted...Should Farmboy have recovered himself and wave to the crowd as he departs the gravel trap.
Should Pedlowsa have recovered Farmboy, dust him off and wave to the crowd, departing the gravel trap signing autographs.

In that exacted scenario, I would have held my thoughts until I got back to my pit box, located the other rider and punched him in the head, called a whole team meating with the newly punched rider front and center and i would have laid out new ground rules. Rules that leave no uncertanty as to who is the number one rider, who is leading the WC and if you dont like it F off now and dont come back.

Get your names right Ace,
there's only disrespect and loathing in the way you describe riders (unless they are from Oz ofcourse then there's heaps of respect)
If you want people to accept your views work on your writing,
you are moving further and further away from the English language
