With the Yamahas agility and front-end stablility under braking combined with Stoners all-action style I believe would have been a formidable weapon on the slower twisty tracks. With Stoners lighter body weight then the power could have been turned up as fuel consumption would not be such a problem, which would have given the more top speed. He would definitely have won races and possibly the championship on the Yamaha

chu - have you ever ridden a 250 gp bike? - No! or have you ever ridden a 800 gp bike? - No!
In fact what you are saying is that something you have never ridden, is harder to ride than something else you have never ridden!

Well here's my long awaited prediction for the 2008 championship:

1 Stoner
2 Hopkins
3 Lorenzo

Maybe Pedrosa upsetting things, though I can't really see anyone else mounting a serious challenge for the top spot. Got to go now, Roger Federer is coming round for a few sets.
