Hi Zydon. regarding Laguna. In 2005 Rossi was third (First non American). He stated then that the walls were too close and he didn't want be a part of them when he was looking good for the championship. 2006 the bike stopped and 2007 he was first michelin home in 4th (Burgess stated that they knew they had no tyres by Friday morning).

Oh yes, many times, Holland is a small place,
whe basically have two real tracks, Assen and Zandvoort, the latter (former F1 circuit) being so built in by houses that they are completely restricted. Sad because it's a fantastic place in the dunes near the sea.

All-bloody-right! I'm off to cop a sneeky look at one of them Ducatis anyway. Me mate at McLaren says his mate has a mate who works at Ferrari who has a mate whos uncle works at Ducati. He's gonna let me have some secret papers, apparently there is NOTHING to worry about and no one ever cops the blame for anything like this as the hoons do it all the time in F1.

Anyway, catch you later mate.

Assen is a far cry from what it used to be Slow Joe, the southloop all the way to the start/finishline (roughly half the track)
is still intact but some fantastic bits have gotten the chop
They put the spade in to make it suitable for the 990 fourstrokes, then cut half off, now we're back at 800's that ride like 250's and the place is ruined...
It's extremely narrow at places and you don't get a moment to 'breath' when riding, it's the place with the highest average speed of all tracks even though it hardly has a straight to speak of.
