The statistics of Rossi loses to Honda riders in last 2 years is quite puzzled me. In 2006, Rossi win 5 races and Hayden win 2 races, Rossi lost the title. In 2007, Rossi win 4 races and Pedrosa win 2 races, Rossi lost the 2nd place.

I think Hayden and Stoner win the title where Rossi are not fully prepared for the championship fight. Compare with other Japanese factory, Yamaha wins more with Rossi. Yamaha definitely not a bad bike after all. Just the reliability has getting down. Yet, it is questionable. May be Rossi has push the motor too hard.

Is it karma or what? He keep losing to Honda. I think I've seen something like this before with Sete Gibernau.

Funny, I'm quite clear about Rossi.
Not about the bike though...
Just hope and wish and pray they get it right ;-)

He was gifted certain privliges thanks to is dad, things like meeting team owners that led to factory contacts and factory bikes that were faster than the rest,
He has had a dream run no doubt, sure he had abillity to back it up but when it dry's up and the bike is slow the tyres are slow and you have to fight mid pack luck is scares and you deal with the same reality everyone else has.

reality is reality, there are not different kinds.
Stoners been a protege of Puig, Bartol and Checcinello, he thanked them all.
Hopkins, Pedrosa, they all had their helpers. Can't do without.
In the end you have to steer the thing by yourself.

The better you get the more lucky you get I s'pose....

Sure Rossi got some breaks, but you can't deny that the guy followed through and did the job.
