You all seem to know Rossi very well, touching.

I think he is as dedicated as ever :)

On race tyres he was the fastest and under his lap record from last year by 1 second.
Bet that got the rest of the riders attention !!! :)

Mind blowing doubt.

Why many (not most) Australians talk idiotic and are loud mouths? They have been condemned in their own country for being racist, loud mouths, blabbering and arrogance of the Ponting & Co. Last year I observed same with this Stoner guy. Ditto with another tennis star, Leyton Hewitt (now mellowed down!). There might be many such people, barring a gem called Ian Thorpe and his type of people. Lastly, I did observe the same kinda nonsense and crap talk in this forum too. One more exception, Andrew Morton, Linux kernel 2.6.x maintainer.

Coming back to the Q, why many (not most) Australians talk idiotic and are loud mouths? No offense meant, only sensible arguments please!

I have a suspicion that if Rossi had finished top of the timing sheets all his supporters would be posting comments such as...
'Still number 1' - 'The champ is back' - 'Casey is doomed' - 'Pedrosa has little chance'.
Instead we get...
'The tests mean nothing' - 'He is just tuning in to his new tyres' - 'we expected Lorenzo to be faster on Michelin qualifiers.
Can you not see Valentino is yesterday's hero?
It's time to bin those yellow flowery Tshirts. Then again it was always a good laugh seeing butch bikers wearing, dare I say it, slightly 'girly-gear'.

Hey Sukhoi if that is the case then why does nearly every team of all sports have a Australian in it and most of them are the top teams......we are only a population of only 21 million so maybe you only notice us more or you only want to notice the loud ones !!!!

testing isn't racing, pre season is the same every year, Colin Edwards is top of the timing sheets but he never converts it into the races, testing is just a time trial no pressure from other people trying to beat you on track for the win, we get the same old knee jerk reaction from people everytime, we'll find out whose at the sharp end in the first gp and not before.
