MOTOGP » Melandri makes a great start - 'finally'

For the first time since stepping onto a Desmosedici, immediately after the 2007 Valencia season finale, Marco Melandri 'finally' felt as though he was riding the Ducati 'as he should' at Phillip Island on Wednesday.

I used to cringe whenever I heard Loris say he was having trouble adjusting the Ducati to his riding style. Then Marco started out saying the same thing, but now it appears Marco is adjusting his riding style to the bike....GO MAR*****

Well I hope it rains every race day cause thats the only times we see marco racing like he should except that one race in japan when capirossi beat him to changing to dry wheather bike early in the race and take off. Good luck marco.

Stoner seems to be the only one who can ride the Ducati. Unfortunately I have a feeling we won't see Marco's full potential until he gets his ride with Repsol.

Honda builds the easiest bikes to ride, thats why all the riders want a HRC bike, its the easiest and fastest to ride.
