Very true, yet it seems completely acceptable to drag their names through the mud and ridicule their championships (that goes for Hayden too, make that 11), as if nothing ever happened befor 2007

Of course Stoner deserves respect. Respecting him and liking him are not the same thing. Why should crash delete the (quote)"stoner haters" comments. Why don't we simply call the site "i_respect_stoner.net". There are a fair few disrespectful and plain nasty comments posted about most riders here (particularily Pedrosa, 3x world champion and Rossi, 7x world champion) but this is how is it (unfortunately). The Stoner fans are probably the worst.

I respect Stoner enormously. I still find him pretty dislikable, from what I have seen, although I don't know him personally or any other rider on the grid (nor do 99.9% of the contributors here.

Casey is a great rider but I don't think he can win on anything else than that Ducati.

Oh, I rather like the sound (of the twins) mind you they have to rev a bit, in idle the clutch and other moving parts make so much noise you can't hear the exhaust :p
