i laugh every time someone mention banning electronics in motorsport.

firstly, electronics are there for all the rides; melandri is on the same bike and is struggling (which to be completely honest has really surprised me). the playing field is level.

secondly, it's like the argument in F1 where people argue that in the 60-70's where we had 4 wheel drift, powerslides etc that the racing was more exciting, and that electronics are to blame. technology moves forward and Dorna/F1 would be sticking their heads in the sand if they didn't embrace these new technologies.

the bottom line is: anything that makes lap times lower is progress. the best riders/drivers will always rise to the top.

Mite as well take the TC off Stoners bike all that weight ace says its ALL throttle control yon know mite as well sack the computer boff as well not needed

This is fantastic news - once again Stoner totally blitzes the opposition and proves why he his #1 in the world and the benchmark for the standard of excellence that other riders including 5x "FORMER" wc must aspire to if they are to achieve success. After reading the reports of people who were ACTUALLY at PI then I conclude that TC means 'traction control' to other riders but in Stoners case it means 'throttle control'. Congratulations also to team mate Melandri, improving all the time, only 2.6 seconds slower now.
Good to see James Toseland is looking the real deal, he's a great rider, great person, a credit to his country - Hope he does really well and finishes top at Yamaha.

valentina46, i think u don't have to talk about rossi is better than stoner. i know that rossi is really good rider coz rossi winnning 5 times WC. but u don't have to underestimate other rider. i think u just ****** because stoner beat rossi. well, last year stoner, ducati, and bridgestone is better than other. racing is just about win the race. that's all. who's win the race, he's the best.

Sure....then we see Casey do a Mr squigle to the podium, dirt track boys, Casey is king of that, sure a couple of other will be near him but not consistantly....Do it,

Casey Stoner is doing a fantastic job at the moment but his biggest rivals aren't there.
