What do you think the Rossi haters are going to say when they see that time set. Think they'll say Stoner would be faster and have his TC turn off too' I was abit concern about Rossi on these QU tyres but looks like he sorted that one out A

Saltbush come back, it ain't no big thing. Memories are short... I've already forgotten whatever it was that I didn't understand in the first place! If it's about boasting, then it pales in comparison to what a lot of people post every day. Besides your PI report alone is prepayment for at least 3 or 4 F'ups. You are liked around here!

jj& others thanks:when I refect I wasn't really boasting just stating a fact how much difference 6ounces can make to riding, the fact that it was Speedway and I was a rider does not alter that fact, and it is better to have been a has been than never was,and there is not that much info to my real ID.I was going to post under another ID but then The Morgue would not know who was insulting him, then The Morgue is smart enough to know when he has been insulted where as JH hasn't a clue he has been insulted.I have had very little experience in road racing(could never get the idea of braking for corners)so know little about road racing disciplins, lets leave it at that. Thanks all for your support.

I enjoy being insulted by you Saltbush (by you alone that is) ;),
always loved the Jawa, great successes from a country behind the iron curtain, choked by the Russian influence.

Duke how did you like Claremonts long straights did the Jawa do a bit of tank slapping, until you get used to Claremont the refence points are very hard to find?
Those Jawas do vibrate hope you didn't lose any tooth fillings? The Morgue I am not sure about every country but when Jawa released their Speedway bike in Australia it was called an Esso or had Esso on the valve cover, later on they put the Jawa name on the valve cover the Jawa was a revolution when released here compared to the old JAP engine and design that had been around since the early forties. The 2nd Jawa that I owned was the best one the engine was miked against my others a dozen times there was no reason for it,its a rocket

Saltbush.....I only got to do about 10 laps, the first few made me me realise if this thing was to go around a corner it had to slide, as for tank slapping and reference points I guess it didnt worry me and I got them right coz I didnt crash.....and I had the time of my life. I must have liked the vibrations of the twins coz my first road bike was a Ducati and it has been ever since.
Chum Taylor was the top man at Claremont during that time.

I thought you had gone Saltbrush.

Listen, My "big Head" coment was a joke. You know, the sort of thing you throw around. Even if I don't know when I am being insulted, why do you (or whoever, as I don't know) feel the need to insult?

Lighten up a little :)
