The real reason Casey goes home early is because 99% of development is down to engineers and electronics.... Hense him never having won anything other than a junior trophy on a normal motorcycle... having said that I still think Vale has some catching up to do...

We have to wait and see what Vale can produce in his race simulation, until 14:00 he didn't broke the lap time set by Casey..
I am sure that Vale can match the lap time set by Casey but you have to consider that Casey can produce those lap times (more or less) constantly and that hits his rival riders the most..

I think you might find having a shoulder injury might have a bit more to do with it.
