Nicky Hayden:

"This engine spec is the spec Dani chose to go with for the valve-spring. It's smooth and easy to ride, but its overall performance isn't real high."

-----------

So Pedrosa chose the engine - yet now he can't test it due to injury - leaving Hayden to develop a bike with an engine not suited to him.

How about they let Nicky Hayden use the engine HE WANTS.

MOTOGP » Honda's engine dilemma continues…

"Before I would have said 'yeah sure, we'll race the pneumatic-valve', but now maybe we're going to be on valve-springs" - Nicky Hayden.

no idea but I imagine the bikes will be works (or close to)as Schwantz carries a fair bit of influence with Suzuki.

Aspar was in tlks with KS and suzuki too. He will probably provide the team, and KS will take care of Elbowz. Bautista could be the second rider. This was from a few months agoo. Anyway Aspar seems very intereted in going mgp, and Suzuki is his first choice.

I hope they enter soon..(It only means more "motogpfood" for Casey)
Altough I find Bautista a realy great talent (and a probably WC contender in 250 for 2008) I don't think he is ready for motogp yet..

I have been around some GP and I have seen and hear Hayden spining his rear tyre a lot but not much from Pedrosa in the same corner, two different riding style, so one wants more power because he doesn't have much traction and the other one needs a less agressive engine power delivery for better acceleration and less spining, one his riding with his heart and the other one is riding with his head.

I remember a comment from Hayden last year, Germany (may have been Holland) I think it was, when he turned off most of the TC and went faster. I think Haydon struggles with TC as does Rossi, to them its all in the backside and the right hand and to some extent they almost try to ride around the TC..where as 'Pedrobot'and Casey have never ridden wild 'snapping' two strokes and the TC is easy for them to use as they never knew any different.

What was it that Dovisioso said when he first jumped on the big Honda.."its easier to ride than my 250" would love to see some of these guys on Doohans old RS! Ban TC..is that the answer? or have a control unit across the grid? discuss.

Pedrobot??? where did this stupid name come from then.... seems to be the common term nowadays from the ostrich camp due to lack of real world excuses for the slow clown syndrome. Why cant you lot come up with your own pet nicknames your 'all' sheep/robot like the way you even copy each others petnames - Too funny

I like that comment also on Dani and Casey never riding 'wild snapping two strokes' so then TC is easy for them as they know no different! - er yer right another brilliant robotic excuse :? Funny how both these 'robots' beat the clown last year eh ;)

2c... here go by a clue please
