Hi ACE, sleeping in a car, when we were racing we would dream about sleeping in a car, after working 78 hours no stop down pit, we would push our bikes 40mls to the track, win every race, beating the likes of Ago and hailwood, then push the bikes home before starting another 78hr shift down pit

You were lucky to have a car, we used to sleep in a rolled up newspaper,
shove the bikes out in the morning, clean the newspaper, do a 24 hour race with Le Mans start,
come back and get knifed for coming in second.

Also Morgue, when you got home your Mum and Dad would slice you in two with a breadknife and dance about on your grave!

Armchair fan, the "Clown" reference is from Marty Cowan and I like reading Ace's comments and all he gets is shot by the "Insane clown posse" (they are a very disturbed pair of white boys who are funny if you dont take everything you here from them as Gospel, check them out with a google search!). It's just a bit of fun and none of my posts carry a hatchet for anyone, it's just for fun.

The Forum has got a bit "House of commons" with the two opposition parties fighting all the time. Too much anger towards each other sometimes!

We didn't have a newspaper! We stayed in a hole in the ground. In the spring we made meat helmets.In the mornings, a small handful of cold gravel our only nourishment, we'd forage under the grandstands for bits of tin, plastic and paper, of which we fashioned our bikes. At the end of the day we'd sell our trophies - our only source of beer money....

I enjoy Ace's input too...even some of his slams on Rossi have sent me into stitches and I'm a Rossi fan! I figure there's room enough for everybody here, even Marty, though at this point all Marty needs to do is fill in his name as we already know what he is going to say.

It makes me all warm and fuzzy to feel accepted by JJ maybe but about being predictable hmmmm???? well I guess you know it deffinitely aint going to be any predictable ostrich clan follow on Monty Python skit that for sure....

Ace - Put your violin away it almost brings a tear to my eye. Sorry to belittle your achievements, but a top ten finish in the Jerksville open class lawnmower races don't impress me. Neither does regurgitating all that commentator sh1te. Sounds like your ego is writing cheques that your ability can't cash. Come back when you've got a clue what your talking about.
