Anyone thought that Pedrosa just didn't want to offer his hand to congratulate Lorenzo because it's recently broken? Maybe he didn't want an over enthusiastic hand shake to do some damage, or do give Lorenzo an opportunity to give him an extra firm squeeze... Pedrosa has bigger issues on his mind than beating on old rival (even though I admit Lorenzo was a big rival) but Dani's grown up a lot since then. Maybe Lorenzo should take a leaf out of Dani's book and let his season's results do the talking before starting anything after the first race.

imo it's a pretty weak move by lorenzo to complain about dani instead of just being happy about his result, period. i find it kinda funny that pedrosa seems to have other things to worry about than lorenzo, while lorenzo on the other hand can't stop thinking about pedrosa...
i also don't really see this as a new rossi-biaggi rivalry, those two are different.

someone said earlier that lorenzo often seems to complain in the media just to get more attention. and following the spanish press pretty regularly, i have to agree that lorenzo talks more about seemingly "wrong" behaviour of other riders than about racing. maybe he should focus more on his job instead of acting like a three-year-old.

I'm not sure whether Lorenzo truly doesn't like Mr Pedrosa very much or it is, as suggested, carefully crafted media hype.

Me, if I were Lorenzo I would be saying “Mr T, please do not attempt to knock sodding big holes in my fairing next time we go around the corner old chap” – seeing this as somewhat more problematical than being slighted by someone with, to be frank, exceptional riding talent and the social grace and competence of inexpensive soft furnishings.

The other thing I would be saying is “For *kssake call me Lorenzo not Jorge now I know what it sounds like in English”. (Unless I secretly wanted to be called w hore-gay).
