People with this developmental disorder can have it mildly, and not be 'obvious' to others that they have no feelings.

Pedrosa never smiles, laughs, jokes. He is simply an amazingly gifted young man in a sport he somehow fell into. Very out of place. Pedrosa looks like a loner, a 'geek' - yet is a Moto GP rider. Most girls would think he's a librarian not a mult-million dollar loon, which he is.
