since when does personality win races?

I heard from inside sources that many of the rider's "images" are manufactuered a lot like reality TV, edit out the stuff that doesn't fit, and show stuff that confirms general opinion, ie. snarly dull Pedrosa, smiley happy Rossi, etc., when in actual fact Rossi disdains other riders company, and is very business like. Pedrosa is in actual fact a nice easy going fellow.

I must agree with chu chu here. Even though I'm not a fan of Dani,
but to say that he doesn't have personality,well,how can we claim
that? Just because he is quite around the media? Non of us is his
friend or work close to him to know him at all. He could actually
be a great guy (or not). Same is for Casey, he is not a
"over friendly" guy to the media, so many claim that he is a negative
person, but to me both Casey and Dani seems like a rather
professional types of guys which doesn't use to much effort on
any thing else that doesn't mutter to them.

IS IT TRUE THAT LORENZO SAID IN THE SPANISH PRESS THAT DANI'S GIRLFRIEND IS VERY SEXY AND DESERVES A BETTER GUY?????? IF HE DID SAID THAT , IT' S THE MOST PATHIETIC THING I HAVE HEARD FROM A RIDER. LORENZO IS SOOOOOOOO LOW! AND PROBABLY JEALOUS OF DANI' S HOT GIRLFRIEND!

In a way, Dani Pedrosa is like Mika Hakkinen and Kimi Raikkonen. They rarely smile or show emotion,but... They are bloody good racers!

Good news for TV Rating!!!

The only ones that know anything about how/who Danni or Jorge really are (i.e in 'normal' life) are the people close to them. In my opinion, the thing here is: who would you rather have a beer with or go out with. I'd choose Barry Sheene, but he ain't here no more. So I'm going with Jorge (coz I think Danni is a little bit too dorky to be seen in my presence!)

Who cares about their personality? Who cares if they like each other or not? It's irrelevant. Racing isn't a personality contest it's a contest of skill at least it was before TC. Or maybe less about skill since TC.
