MOTOGP » Pedrosa supreme for Spanish home win

Dani Pedrosa let his riding do the talking at Jerez on Sunday, when the Repsol Honda star delivered a faultless home victory in front of 130,000 fans - then received his trophy from the King of Spain.

Rossi did a great race, he was the first Bridgestone to cross the line, only 30sec. later came capirossi, hopkins stoner...
This was a Michelin tyre race!
Makes me think that he was in great shape and I'm f**ing glad to see him on top form again & giving thumbs up to Pedrosa. I love it. Great sportive atitude out there.
and by the way, what a great 250 race.Surprizing Simoncelli! shame he took Bautista down, this would of been a great 1st & 2nd. place. Kallio could not believe it. Me neither

Great to see Dani take a home win. The race its self wasn't the most exciting because of lack of over taking and i would like to see Dani fight for a win and not lead from the front. As for simoncelli the guy is a ******P**** and should be banned.

Great ride by Pedrosa.

But let's not give him the championship just yet. There's a long way to go and he still has to prove his consistency at the sharp end of the pack. He's certainly a strong contender.

Funny how he's quiet about Hayden's development effort now.

And it turns out that the 250 wipeout wasn't Simoncelli's fault. Bautista's engine seized, causing him to visibly slow at the corner exit. If you were watching closely you could see him slow and slide. You also would have noticed that Bautista made no real effort to get back on his bike. He knew it was fragged.

To Trip: I didn't see the engine failure happen on Bautista's bike, but it makes sense when I look it over again on the screen.
I thought Simoncelli was on Rocket mode on a Nitro-fueled bike...sorry

Trip: "Funny how he's quiet about Hayden's development effort now."

Of course, because at the first round Pedrosa took over development of the RC, which Hayden did nothing to advance.

Hey Marty, i see that Gina has come back with her one eye diatrite.
Not a good race when most of the action is happening away from the front,
all in all a fairly predictable outcome.

Funny how all da stoner fans are mum. LMAO. As someone said elsewhere... yes, it is true - Jerez is a REAL riders track. Anyways, Jerez have always been good for the michlin tires.

Not going to moan about tyres or types of bikes.
Good win Danny, would havae preferred anyone else though.

My disappointment was Lorenzo, thought he was on for the win.
Good to see Rossi back at the sharp end and would have preferred him to get the win
instead of Danny. On to Portugal now and Danny must be a hot favourite there.
I would love to see Dovizioso on a fcatory bike.
Everyone has the right to have a bad day at the office and Stoner had his today..
He was never going to win it so thats life. I think he if had didn't go in to the
kitty litter for the second time he would have been a good result.
He could have done what other do and come in the pits looking at their tyres
or do a co

Another riding lesson for Hayden from Pedrosa, both 08 chassis with 07 tweak engines as well!
