Rossi has said in the past, one of the reasons he didn't go to Ducati was because of the massive amount of PR work he'd have to do for them. That is mirrored in this month's "Bike" magazine by Stoner, who has said that he doesn't feel he's changed much since becoming WC apart from the non-stop media stuff he has to do when he's not racing.

Rossi loves Yamaha, he's said it many times as well as stating his desire to stay with Yamaha until he retires.. His threats that he would leave if they didn't sort the bike out was a kick-up-the-**** warning... and look what's happened! Lorenzo, Edwards and Toseland are all reaping the benefits of that threat.

I don't think Rossi will leave Yamaha.

The only thing you can say for certain after Bartholemy's statement is that Ant West isn't going to be riding the Kawasaki next year.

no, he left Honda couse of their riders treatment, the whole Honda's philosophy was contradict Rossi's idea. The similar goes to Ducati so maybe if they'll change something for Vale than he can join. Otherwise it smells very conservative (Rossi in Ducati)
I don't know about joining Kawasaki but they're very motivated to stuff in all their money to help Rossi. What he could bring to Yamaha he can do bring the same think to any other FACTORY team. Now he can win even on Tech 3 bike:)

so if Honda won't protect Davizioso (maybe for Repsol?) he'll join Kawasaki. Even Melandri is a good choice to switch with West and West I think would be strong on Yamaha bike or Honda. If Bartholemy want Bautista in Kawasaki it'll be like de Angelis in MotoGP;P

Rossi at Kawasaki ?
Ha Ha Ha! Bartholémy is even funnier than when he pretended being in negotiation with Pedrosa! Considering he obliged Kawasaki to pay USD4 million for Hopkins, who is until now performing below Randy de Puniet's achievements last year...

I said "unrideable" in quotations andrew because it "seems" like EVERYONE except for casey is having a extremely hard time riding that bike these days. Heck, seems like casey is even having a hard time with it lately. Call me a idot all you want but, if only 1 person can ride the Ducati with ALL the talented riders they have then, that makes it unrideable to me. None of the other factories seem to be struggling as hard as Ducati. Honda and Yamaha's satelite teams are even doing better at the present time. Ducati has the talent no doubt so, why isn't anyone other than casey at the top there? It's not all because of casey IMO, I just think the bike doesn't suit most riders.

Seems appropriate.
The constant under-achievers together with the has-beens.
Spot on.

i think rossi would't go to kawasaki, most possible is (if this year lost again) make a team like year 2000 with nastro azzuro, and ducati will give manufacturer bike (if casey lost this year).
kawasaki better hire biaggi for next year :)
