I am disgusted at the treatment of
Casey Stoner today. Casey was imperious all weekend and to be booed and called a ****** is unforgivable.I am a fan of Rossi and most of his fans but some are idiots who know nothing about racing.I swear they would be happy if the field consisted of only Rossi and noone else. Casey was the best rider last season. You cannot win a world championship in any sport by being lucky.Rossi couldn't keep up today.Get over it.I will now wait 1/2 hour until you rub your collective brain cell together and post some ludicrous comment in reply or i will have an idiotin curly wig and white jacket waiting outside ready to beat me to death with a dildo with Vale#46 on it

I'm really glad that Stoner won today, hopefully that'll shut up all the people who worship the god Rossi who think after being nowhere all practice he'll still whoop everyone (though that's what happened at Le Mans)

I've yet to look at the other threads, but I hope all the Rossi worshippers are quiet.

p.s. I'm a Rossi fan who is just sick and tired of fanboys who won't give anyone but their rider any credit

Right on ,and all that gadgetry was F1s attempt to dethrone Michael and Mika. The 2 drivers that stodd head and shoulders above the rest. Those two could win in a bit lesser cars,or make bad cars look okay.In MotoGP it appears that perhaps they are doing the same to level the field with Mr.Rossi.Personally I wish they would go back? to 500 two strokes! That separates the "men from the boys" just as it always did!Man taming beast!Sure am glad I saved tapes from the 1990s.G-out.

Great ride by Stoner, he and ducati fully deserve it. No need excuses from Yamaha and Honda teams. Clearly Ducati and Stoner got it right this time, and it will get better from now on ....

If ever TC is banned .... will it be different? I sure hope this will happen someday before VR retired, and see how good he really is compared to the rest of the riders.

From some of the posts Stoner only wins because of traction control
which is funny really, because every bike out there is using traction control.
for the ones saying to ban it, I would like you to try and ride any one of the
bikes without it, think about it, 220+ hp
by the same token when a certain rider wins by a country mile it all down to his
skill, but when someone else does it, it down to traction control,
the best rider on the day wins, be it Rossi, Stoner, or anyone else
they were the best rider on the day, the others were second best on the day.
and yes it does need more bikes on the grid as, it seems to shrink every year.

Well, as Dray said on an earlier post - it's not the bike, it's the rider...

Well done Casey. Also interesting to note is that I've noticed here and elsewhere, when Rossi wins by a country mile, the race isn't boring but when Stoner returns the compliment, it's boring as Hell. A few more of the same Casey.

Just got back from the race... I wouldn't be suprised if Donington is in big trouble this time... We were at the bottom of Craner Curves, and on the last lap people started invading the track after Hayden had gone past. Totally out of order, some of these guys were still racing and you had little 8 year old kids wandering across the track. Disgraceful. Poor Milandri just gave up as he was dodging boddies.
