I am disgusted at the treatment of
Casey Stoner today. Casey was imperious all weekend and to be booed and called a ****** is unforgivable.I am a fan of Rossi and most of his fans but some are idiots who know nothing about racing.I swear they would be happy if the field consisted of only Rossi and noone else. Casey was the best rider last season.You cannot win a world championship in any sport by being lucky.Rossi couldn't keep up today.Get over it.I will now wait 1/2 hour until you rub your collective brain cell together and post some ludicrous comment in reply or i will have an idiotin curly wig and white jacket waiting outside ready to beat me to death with a dildo with Vale#46 on it

got to motogp the times are there in black and white

let me explain last season stoner faster in corners and top speed.
this year the other's caught up by 10kph

stoner this season faster top end but wasnt as tight and quick in the corners
as the others, now with the new electronics system ducati have clawed back what they were losing in the corners, so after catalunya test stoner is quicker in the corners always had his top speed.
now he has a very small advantage in both so yamaha and honda better get parts out soon.

yes sorry your are correct they were almost the same speed but quicker doesnt just mean top speed the ducati is faster out of the corners cos its a beast and the rev range is ridiculous, ducati now has clawed the cornering advantage back.

everything was pretty even until now

yam was faster in corners this season and ducati in top end making them even, last season stoner had both and now has both again since catalunya.
so with this advantage he will climb his way back up the ladder

Just got in from a very long weekend at Donnington.

I think the last post is about right, what ever Ducati has given stoner it's certainly working.

I'm not a fan of stoner, but as a fan of the sport & you all know I fully support Valentino, Stoner was simply in a league of his own & fair play to him & the team, I don't see what's wrong with giving credit where it's due.

Now let's look at this in another way, we know that Valentino has the tools to do the job, we also know that there are more races to come that Rossi will win, for sure so will Casey, but so will Dani.

We have a 3 horse race for the title, I can see it being tight but it should be a good fight. Come on Rossi!

im a rossi fan and a fan of the sport i was starting to like stoner last season he impressed me but this season i went of him because of his attitude on the track.
this season proved to me that he had a huge advantage last season even admited by livio suppo, he is a great rider and his style suits ducati, i believe if he moved to another team he wouldnt win many races.

if the other teams dont find something soon stoner will every race left this season but only with the advantage he has gained since catalunya i not sure if he used the gp9 today but im 100% hes using some parts maybe the electronic system?.
the bikes were even until now so yam and honda will have to up there game.

So? All that indicates is that his electronics package was crap. Probably worse than that of Yamahas. You need electronics on the same level as the other teams to compete, end of. What Stoner said does not mean he can't ride without TC, it means that the electronics on the Ducati were crap.

Re: tonyed's commets about cyclist drug cheats (page2)
A friend of mine was a GB official at the Atlanta 1996 games.
That year the Olympic Village was EPO city (EPO boosts the Oxygen levels in red blood cells)
75% (minimum) of ALL medals (not just cyclists) were won using EPO. It wasn't illegal, because it wasn't on the prescribed list!

Casey's bike worked better because he's sorted the electronics out.
Valentino had to make a comprimise setting, which was good on the brakes, but not good for a general lap (but he still got passed on the brakes by Dani, twice!!!)

They are both using Traction Control...

zydon..The CS Ducati looked better all round not only on corner exit indicating this (totally?)new electronic system may have an extra element to it to help braking to turn in. It is a pity VR was not closer as we may have got a better idea where the real CS gains were. Donnington seems to be a flowing circuit so lets wait and see how the CS Ducati goes in the heavy braking follower by slower corners before we pass judgement on weather Ducati have taken a massive step forward on one bike as the other Ducatis did not seem to benefit from these changes. Did BS not also have a new tyre for this race?

I agree with anyone saying ELECTRICS should be banned. We had an internal combustion engine working BEFORE the spark plug was invented and everybody was happy. Even better, rest of mechanics should be banned, too. Lets have a bicycle race instead. Wait a minute ... to make it a clean sport ... wouldn't it better if they just run?
