It's a brand new circuit so Spies can't know the circuit..

Yeh, nice wall! Dorna must be desperate to be in the US to use Laguna and this place. They may as well go back to the Salzburgring. Boneheads.

Maybe you could say this to Daijiro Kato's family FooAtari. Or maybe you just like the smell of blood.

Jack. Everyone knows the risks they run when racing and as much as it hurts to see the line up of racers for the I.o.M and the NW200 everyone knows that at least one of them won't return. It's the riders choice to ride and if the risks of the circuits are too much for you to accept then you shouldn't ride them. Racing is for the spirit of the person on the machine. We just get to see the spectacle of what they're upto via Tv.
It is an insult to the people who lost their lives chasing their own dreams when logic states the circuit is a killer and they went there to die for nothing. The risk was worth the entry fee to the fallen.

I have concrete walls that are even harder than the asphalt on the track. I even have a line of bricks from the first motorcycle race track across the straight. I have laid out a new infield that even adds right turns to the usual left-left-left-left. I scoff at your whiny indignance to my history. I am Indianapolis Motor Speedway. I make winners drink milk instead of champange. Fear my wall... if you fall.

Otherwise have a nice day, see you in September.

The name Wally World just about sums up that last post, just go back to what Jack said about Daijiro Kato's and rethink before posting crap like that. Hopper copped some bad injuries on Saturday from an inanimate object far from the circuit, why the hell should the riders lives be jeopardised because its the history of the circuit to have such features. More importantly why is the safety committee allowing the circuit to be used with such bad characteristics like this. Probably for the same reason the races go to Laguna with its joke feature the corkscrew, none other than Dorna's greed

Jack Mordino - No I don't like the smell of blood, don't be so ridiculous. I hate to see riders hurt, or worse, and have nothing but sympathy for the families and friends involved.

But the fact remains that its motorsport and its dangerous by default. You accept the risks and get on with it, or go home. Not everyone will agree, but I'd accept the risks just to ride the bikes, to get a few million into the bargain would just be a bonus.

Prolific, whats wrong with the cork screw? Its a pretty unique corner. Dont want all circuits to be the same do we.

I think the last turn at Sazuka and the last turn at IMS are two completely different anaimals not to mention the turn at Sazuka points you towards the wall.

Hopper was also hauling a** when he hit that "inanimate object" Not sure why that was used unless there was some form of living creature close by.

Fact of the matter is it is racing you aren't racing at the track so shut up and enjoy it or don't watch it.

I can already see it if Spies does well it is going to be because he had more time on the track and if he doesn't then people are going to say "lot of good the extra time did. Some of you are worse then women just looking for something to ***** and moan about.
