more interesting? how interesting is it to see stoner get away from pole and win all the time? rossi makes motogp, and if he doesnt have succes, 80% of the people aint happy.

since the 800 and tc and a dominating stoner have arrived, motogp is bleeding to death

MOTOGP » Rossi: I've made my mistake

Having only fallen once during a race last season (pictured) Valentino Rossi hopes his 'bad moment' of 2008 is now out of the way after an error at Assen.

By saying "if the package is at the same level" mr. Davide Brivio must have meant the Ducati with Casey. (Don't think he meant the Honda's)
This implicates that they are worried..I think they have good reasons for it because CS will be strong on his best tracks to come..
Makes me laugh a bit when I remembered Jeremy Burgess said that the real champion contenders should showed up after about 5 races and that Brivio (at that time) mentioned Dani as the biggest rival for VR.. In the latest interview with VR it was CS again..It shows me that the current level is high..

the tc is high, the torque is low, the slides are few, the wheelies are ugly, and uncharismatic persons are too much in the picture

i would just like to see CS and VR in a 'toe-to-toe' battle to the finish and may the best man win, like the rossi /gib battles of old.

Chris - You don't like it, fair enough. But don't blame Stoner & don't blame Ducati....
Put the blame where it really belongs .... with Honda.

More than any other single source it was Honda who thought their technological know-how would hand a big advantage to them if the series slimmed down to 800s & they were the main force instigating the change.

And love or hate traction control for making the bikes safer (tho not safe, ask Lorenzo or Hopper) its not the cause of the F1 like procession. WSBKs run TC & that series has rocked this year.

Didn't Stoner and Rossi go head to head at Catalunya this year?? Not for first place maybe but they were trying just as hard....
Don't know about the Casey tracks but after this weekend all the tracks were certainly bridgestone.......With the power advantage CS had last year he should have won every race....Rossi would have with that kind of advantage...
