What about removing that idiot Charlie Cox, im without a doubt that he is the main cause of people being put off the coverage on the BBC.

Take out Parish and Cox and employee the best in the business for the ultimate BBC MotoGP coverage - Moody, Ryder and Mamola!

Actually why not just put full coverage on BBC 3 & 4?

These channels are shut down for most of the daytime period any way.

What we need is a british Rossi to make a wider audience sit up and take notice of a sport so popular in europe but ignored by the majority here.
I was saddened by the end of the 990s but even now the sport is still more watchable than F1. With no football to hog the sport pages, motogp gets a few lines and cricket gets two pages. I hate cricket, i would rather be tied to Rossi's rear tyre for a burnout than watch that crap!
If we want quality coverage, we need another sheene or a fan in tv with some clout.

THIS CAN NOT HAPPEN, THE BEST COVERAGE IS ON EUROSPORT AND THE COMMENTRY IS 2ND TO NONE. AND RANDY, TOBY AND JULIAN ARE OUTSTANDING AND PUT LIFE, AND PASSION INTO IT AND THEY KNOW EVERY RIDER AND THEIR HISTORY. UNLIKE THE IDIOTS AT THE BBC WHO ARE POINTLESS AND DREARY! THIS IS A SAD DAY! WILL WE LOOSE THE PRACTICE SESSIONS WHEN IT GOES TO THE BBC? AND THE 125'S AND 250'S! THE POINT OF THE GP IS TO SEE ALL CLASSES OF RIDERS NOT JUST THE MAIN EVENT!

i personally think, steve and charlie are a brilliant double act. Don't insult charlie, because he knows his stuff, and it's not all about toby + his gang. They both make the races funny, and something to smile about. Suzy perry and matt roberts are nice to watch aswell.
I have the 2004/5 dvd review, and i can't stand toby + Julian's voice.

So BBC please keep the bbc team up and running, their brilliant and they are why i watch the Motogp on BBC.

All of you are saying the bbc commentators are amatuers, but your wrong, steve parrish is an ex racer, and ex-team mate to barry sheene.

ok, charlie cox isn''t as experienced but he is so funny and puts a smile on most bbc motogp viewiers.

please bbc, give these guys another chance next season.

I have bad memories of a certain Silverstone GP, nearly three decades ago, when the BBC cut away from the penultimate lap of the 500GP, (of course 125s, 250s & 350s weren't covered), in order to show play being stopped for rain at Lords, or some such time sensitive nonsense. They never showed the end of the race, even as a recording, although they said they might deign to announce the result later on in Grandstand, "if they had time". I stayed watching till the end of the programme, only to find they couldn't even be bothered to announce the top 3 - and this was when Sheene was still racing!! No wondered we're worried!
