I'm American and I just couldn't understand why there aren't alot of British riders in WSBK and MotoGP. After all they are really European series. After being on this site for a couple of months I can see why. A lot of British fans bad mouth their own riders! If the Brits don't back Brits why should anyone else? Why should a foreign team sign a British rider if not even the Brits gonna back him? Be it Haslam or Shakey or Toseland the riders can't get a break from the people that suppose to support them. It's the same with F1 - a lot of the people that hate Hamilton are Brits - he's in a title fight for Christ sake! Hey guys, support your own!

Serious frustration is setting in for all Michelin runners. It is a true shame tires are causing for some, not so fun racing.

LMAO...James Toseland should shut up and ride....cuz it would not make much of a difference if he had BS. He is a back marker....I remember how he complained about not getting more "grunt" from his ride. When Fiat Yamaha give Tech the upgrades (same engine) and now even more so at BRNO he still can't seem to compete. Lorenzo looked like he at least give his all in Michelins. I know you British will be up in arms all over me. I am American and proud of Nicky's accomplishments to Motogp so far. I do not like the slagging people direct at him, but that's life. Hope JT does better than his talk.

I agree, shut up and ride. But he is not the only person speaking up about Michelin's poor performance. There is NO doubt, he is not a front pack rider at the moment, but easily mid pack. Edwards was up front, and fighting for podiums, are you saying that even he should shut up and ride?

All these Riders complaining now doesn't make much sense. Last year when Rossi wanted to swith to Bridgestones they were quiet thinking they had Rossi by the Balls. Looks like Rossi is hanging them dry. A bit too late isn't it. Let the season go. Either put up or shut up. Instead of Complainging. I think Michelin might fly in some "Midnight Specials" like they used to for Rossi and let the Michy guys start at the back of the grid on Sunday. Jorge Lorenzo will be flying than.

They had no way of knowing last year that the Michelins weren't going to improve any. They had Michelin's 'word' that they were going to increase their effort in MotoGP and at the start of the season it seemed to be true.

As for him shutting up and riding, what is he supposed to do when journo's ask him questions? Just say "no comment" all the time? How boring would that be?

Do we think we would have this drivle posted if it was #46 complaining about Tyres ? There is a problem with Michelin and its NOT the riders :?

#46 had his share for the last 2 years. Its not Drivel. Rossi complained and switched. Correct thing to do. They can't switch boats in the middle of the River. Finish the Season . Its 6 more races. Dani Pedrosa and Jorge Lorenzo more up front. Plus Dani is within reach of Casey Stoner for Runner up if there will be another DNF by the SandMan. Dani Pedrosa was the only other guy to be in the clash for 1st with stoner and rossi besides the messy JPN race won by Capirex. and Vermi in France

Honda is pissed off with loosing the manufacturers runner -up to Ducati with the elite Red Brigade. While Dani is sneakily Testing his Bike with the Bridgestones under the guise of Test Rider Shinya Nakano.

i think he has every right to complain if he doesn't feel the tires are up to par. I think all the other michelin riders would agree with him too. Michelin will bounce back and everyone will be happy
