Stoner is a busted flush now. Rossi has messed with his head so much that he thinks the only way he can win is dash to the front and create as big a gap as he can coz he knows head to head in a battle, Rossi will have the beatings of him.
Twice now he has tried this and fallen off in the process.
Game over.

Well done Rossi, the WC is almost in his hands. Although I am a Rossi fan I have never put the boot into Stoner on this forum before but this is becoming a JOKE - 3 crashes in 3 races. For crying out loud get your act together, Stoner could lap 0.5 sec a lap slower and still be competitive.
Sort your head out so we can see some more dramatic races in the future...

Valentino Rossi!! :) :) :) :) :) :) 68 premier class wins! 700th Italian win :)

Not a very exciting race at the front after Stoner fell but there it is. Still a gutsy ride by him with a broken scaphoid.
The crash looked like a carbon copy of Brno, losing the front, rear coming round...
Elias excellent again, hope this will secure a place for him in MotoGP next year.
James was fantastic as well, shame he couldn't keep 5th against Vermeulen.

I feel for Ducati, I reckon they are in deep sh7t. All the work has gone into Casey to the detriment of the others if he's not winning then it looks very bad. I would suggest Mr Domencali that you take back Tony Elias's P45 because he has worked it out and stayed on...

It may be premature but Well done Tony saviour of Ducati!!!!!... :)

As usual it's nice to see so many mature comments here....Personally, I think Casey's just over-thinking it too much instead of just riding the thing. I'm not one to give advice to a WC but there's a feeling he's calculating lap times and points deficits and how to position the wrist and everything else as he goes around by some of the things he's said and the attitude of the bike whereas if he just puts the laps in he can hold that 3sec gap without much trouble.

Congrats to 46 on equaling Ago's record, an absolutely stunning achievement. Let's hope we get some good races for the rest of the year with Casey, Vale, Jorge and the greatest sook of them all, Dani on his new Bridgestones...

I really think the people who really don''t rate Rossi and I mean those who turn out consistently that Rossi won his championships on shipped in Michelin tyres need to eat a big slice of humble pie. The guy has talent and proper racing skills well beyond any GP racers out there. You guys are possibly just jealous or just have no idea about motor racing !

I said this last time, and all say it again, World Champ for 08 is Rossi.

What I did like was half way through the race, the dot_com team had Nicky Hayden talking to them. So even, not racing, in pain, he still takes time out to speak to the fans and the people that matter.

Nicky is all that is good in MotoGP. I just hope the Ducati will suit him.
