So it is done! You better work you''re ass off Dani! Switching tyres mid-season is no piece of cake. You better get used to the tyres VERY quickly, or you''re season may completely fall apart!

Wow can''t beleve it whats contracts all about then and why did they hold Rossi back for so long when it was clear he was going to run the stones . Must say can''t blame Pedrosa for wanting the tyres but next year yes .

I feel there may a violent impact between egg and face before long. That said, even if Dani has immediate success with the new Bridgestones this reeks of a lack of professionalism in the highest order. Rossi moaned all 2006 about tyres but he had the decency and professionalism to wait until the season was out. Something is very fish y about all of this...And it smells all rather Puigy to me...

Can't say I blame him. They have just written off the remainder of this season for R&D for the 09 assault.

He'll never carry the #1 plate in my opinion though as he just hasn't got the bottle for the big races. Rossi has one more #1 in him then it's over to Stoner/Lorenzo/Dovi to fight it out.

Definitely starting to look like a 1 make tyre series next year.

I wonder how far the remaning six Michelin riders would get if they compained they needed to switch due to lack of "feeling". Not very I'd think.

come on, lets not knock it...

we all wanted to see rossi on bridgestones knowing he had the talent giving the tyre's

so lets hope this makes things more interesting...pedro clearly is good, i think he's lost all heart with michelin, and who can blame him, the last race they won, was catalunya, how long ago was that..

since then, they've been well off the pace...

good luck to him, the more fighting for the title, the better..

As usual lots of bores who feel the need to vent there inadequacies through there hate for Mr pedrosa, very tedious but it's what we have come to expect.

The decision to move to Bridgestone was a obvious one though, it's unapcepatble if your going for the championship to have a tyre which does not allow you to fight for even a top 5 postion for more than 1 race a year. As to the desciion to change mid season, who know's as to how it came about (the idea that Puig has anything thing to do with it is of course ludicrous but predictable) but obviously building for next year as Pundit says.
