Wow, It's contract time, Elias is out of a ride and suddenly starts performing........ he does it year in, year out. Why reward this rubbish? He needs to perform from round 1, not 11 and onward.

it proves one thing that if a team can deliver maintain and develop then that can only bolster a rider''s confidence.in this era of teams wanting even quicker results they need to work with and not against individuals.

Elias is Ducatis' top points scorer of the last three rounds!! Who'd have thought it?

I hope he will join them for next year, he still has a spectacular style and seems to get along quite well. If he signs it probably also means the end of Gibernau's return..

An observation, each time Stoner has not finished Elias has been on the podium and when Stoner fell in Laguna, Elias scored his highest finish this year. Is there a conspiricy or are the Ducatis controlled by Wireless systems which can only operate one bike at full speed at one time :?
Nice to see Elias doing well :)

Actually Porgo Panigale not going to leave Gibernau working on pit lane. They are going to put fifth Desmosedici with factory parts on grid with Nieto and Onde 2000. Also Paolo Campinoti has accepted that. :-o

Mika Kallio is one of the favourites to Pramac Ducati team.

I think that Elias was on pace at Laguna as well, but he made a mistake in the beginig of the race and ran wide some where and he charged through the field to finish 7th.I think that he should definetly get a ride in MOTO GP. Would be a shame to let him go to Superbike...

I love this time of year. The rumours, the games, the comments, the so called lounge room experts and not to mention riders who haven't performed all year suddenly doing well. It is more exciting than a moto GP race, although not as good as a WSB, WSS or SStock race. Also not as good as a 125 or 250 race. However, its fun to switch on everyday and read all the so called experts and their comments and then hear the team managers. Great. Keep it up. I am waiting for someone to start a rumour about MV Augusta.

I'm particularly liking Unfazed's observation and theories!

Seriously though, Wayne's point, that focusing on and working with riders is a very crucial part of a team's performance, is spot on. :)

Yeah, Steve is right I think... Remember anyone Elias winning the Estoril race in 2006? Estoril then was maybe the 15th or 16th race...
