Tyke, I am a Stoner fan, but that doesn't stop me wanting to see Hayden kick some next year.

I want to see Nicky challenge for the championship on the Ducati with RACE WINS- to erase the taint that his '06 championship was the result of pointscoring, not performance.

I want to see Nicky beat Pedrosa & rub his little nose in it.

But most of all I want to see Nicky humiliate the Repsol/Honda/Michelin team.

Those w*^kers have destroyed GP racing from "special" tyres for Doohan to maintain his dominance, to pushing out Nastro Azzuro & Movistar as big time sponsors, to Honda manipulating the tech regs (990's & 800, killing off 250's) to their advantage.

Go Nicky, rub their noses in it!

Whats gone wrong at Ducati? Two deadleg signings in a week!
Do they have a new sponsor for next season? Team Sanatogen.
Perhaps the MotoGP team think Hayden can develop the machine to be more rideable by anyone bar Stoner, but history shows that Hayden has trouble developing a cold. As for Haga, well they might just as well have signed Nakatomi! :?

I agree NH will hardly win any races doesn't matter which bike he is on but he can be around the podium occasionally. He is a likable guy and it's good to have some inside info from the Honda team which confirmed that everybody knew already. Honda's got their lemon when Rossi-Burgess left and they are still not able to turn it to orange. Nicky won the WC in 2006 but it was sour for them because they wanted Pedrobot to win. Arrogant pricks... Dani fits well in their image... I just feel sorry for Dovi in advance...

I have never been a fan of NH, but he is a hell of a nice guy who has been royally screwed this year by big H. As for being a sudden championship contender, I dunno about that, but at least he will have a competitive package and a lot more support than he got this year. Agree with tv67, hope Dovi doesnt mind being stuck on crap tyres and a bike made out of parts from Pedrosa's trashcan..

Nicky Hayden got the best bike when Rossi left Honda for Yamaha. Even with a top Repsol bike he has not taken the world by storm. The fans of NH have to realise that Pedrosa was, is, and will always be a better rider than NH. Pedrosa has won more races in the short time he has been in the MotoGp and I don't understand why they can't accept that. Lorenzo 's win ratio is better than NH. Casey stoners win is more legitimate.
Time for him to hang up his boots permanently.

In the past many riders were dreaming about getting HRC Honda ride but in recent years they are *****d up. Yamaha seems to be the best to ride for they are giving good support for all of their factory and satellite riders...
I really hope NH will have a better run on the Ducati and he won't be another Marco.

"he has not taken the world by storm" - neither Pedrosa although Honda expected something like that. Rossi has won more races on the Honda in one season then Pedrosa in three...

Nicky might be right complaining about a mistreatment from HRC. After all, he's the only guy who made their name stand out since 2003.

However, as far as mistreatments go, nothing compares to what Suppo did to Capirossi last year. Poor Loris only learned about his sacking from paddock and newspaper talk!

I really hope Nicky does well on the Duke next year because A) it would be funny if he beat Pedrosa and B) it would be funniest thing ever if he beat Stoner. Can't see it happening though. Seriously though, ther way Honda have treated him is a disgrace.

I hope Dovi knows what he's let himself in for.

yeah but Nicky has been in Motogp longer than Pedrosa and has more wins than NH. Pedrosa was 2nd last year and looks like at least a 3rd if not 2nd. Where is your guy NH . 8th last year. 11th so far this year. He is going to get a bike that CS has developed and all he is going to do is bring it backwards. CS is only 22. NH is 28. Let me say he has expired his Best By Date. And Has expired his Sell By date. Best he will do is keep Capirossi, Edwards, Toseland, Hopkins, Vermeulan and maybe Ben's Pies company and sell more Ducatis in the US. Ducati is stupid. The 1098SSS sells by itself. What they will be doing is Slow down sales. Think about it. Would you buy a Honda which NH rode on

28 is too old to win a WC? Lucky for Doohan he never figured that out. Oh, and jeez, Rossi must be crapping himself, no wonder he's trying so hard, next year he's history, then. Maybe NH will be another victim of Duc's disease but he doesn't look the sort of person to fold up and stop trying.
