Well done Yamaha....best electronics package wins again...another top performance by Jezza and the software team.To compare rossi to Agostini is a nonsence.If you do not have an I.O.M. trophy to your name you are just another track-day sadle monkey and not a true motorcycle racing champion!! Road racing is for Top Dogs..... tracks are for pussies.

Yesterday i watched the race on Laguna Seca again on the MotoGp site and Hopkins was also in the commentary box.
Nothing but respect did Rossi get from Hopkins, especially when Rossi overtook Stoner outside in T3....Hopkins went nuts
That was really fun to hear.

With 69 wins Rossi is now the best ever in MotoGP and there will be many more wins to come and i'm glad to see the living legend every 2 weeks (more/less)..........

Hey Magnetti, at Czech/San Marino I thought the bikes were equal, but in hindsight I reckon Rossi's is working slightly better. As far as being 'as good a rider', I think Stoner HAS RIDDEN as well as/better than Valentino this season SOMETIMES, but Rossi is clearly the better rider. I think the Yamaha has been refined to the point that Casey's unique skill in taming the headstrong Duc is cancelled out, and this has given Vale the upper hand. Don't pretend he is winning on skill alone.

There's a big performance difference between the Yam and the ducati and Honda at Indy the yam 10kph slower than the ducati on the straight, I pretty sure that is not a yam advantage.....

I appreciate you're a Stoner fan waz, but you'll not find many that think falling off is better riding than winning...
