What an incredible rider, what an incredible career... 4 titles in a row in 250, an amazing first race in 500 at Suzuka, and after that inconsistent results and persistent clashes with his teams, his teammates, finally HRC themselves... Very sad indeed, as Biaggi is at times one of the most beautiful riders to see. I really wish him well because he deserves it, in spite of his controversial personality.

Biaggi was the king of 250s and as the limp-wristed 800s are nothing but slightly larger 250s, he should have no problem wringing the neck of even third rate bikes like the Kawasaki.

I only hope there is a little truth in this Max would be perfect for the 800cc Lets face it Moto GP could do with a little life in it. Im sure Rossi would even pay to get Max back to add to the lack lustre series.
Go on Max lets see you back in the Premier Class.
Lets make moto GP the best as it should be,

I fine racer indeed, unfortunately that debut win @ Suzuka was 10 long years ago, I believe his Motogp days are long gone (Had Factory Yam and Honda)......But fair play to the guy even after that bigun at Phillip Island in WSBK, He can still make the podium more often than not and deserves a decent ride in World Supers for 2009 imo.
If Stalker says 'this guys is class' then that's good enough for me :)

We already have a cry baby in Pedro, we don't need another one :)
In all seriousness I don't think he would do well on the new machines. It's been far too long since he's turned a two stroke in anger, and I do not think he could re adjust. Just ask Marco. I like Max and wish him well in WSBK.

Max has had an incredible career and found a place in WSBK, where he clearly is not done yet.
He has earned a fanbase there and should better stay there instead of fighting windmills in MotoGP.
I don't think there is anything sad about it, he brought it upon himself.
Max was hoping for a place in the Xerox Ducati team, latest rumour is he may go back to Suzuki.

It was stated he would do well because of his two stroke back ground. My argument is that it has been too long since he's ridden that style, much like Marco and Loris (more so Marco), who have not shined so well with the switch to 800's.
