Bye, Bye Michelin....

whats the point of havin a tyre brand in a championship, that can''t produce a tyre capable of the times bridgestone can...no one wants to be on them anymore, stick everyone on the same brand, and i think we''ll see much closer racing...

michelin only have themselves to blame for this, they''ve lost the big riders and now everyone else wants to follow, and to be fair, u cant really blame them..

congrats again to rossi, i''m still sat ere with a massive grin on my face and just chuffed to bits...another title and more records...

it''s gonna be a shame when rossi hangs up his leathers, but its been nothing but a pleasure to watch his career..

What a fantastic day for motorcycle racing :)
To seal the championship with a win, his 70th win, on the track where he lost it last year is winning in style.
When you see him so calm and quiet it is unbelievable, he must feel so much satisfaction at this moment.
How fitting that he shares the podium with his two greatest rivals, in the same order as the championship.

Mille grazie per tutti Vale!!! :) :)

It was close, but as they say nearly doesn't count! I dont think he was intending to pass him there but he was trying to be as close as possible to Dani on the exit so that little fly weight on his Honda didnt disappear out of reach for the end of the straight.

Brilliant result for Rossi, Fiat Yamaha and Yamaha! thoroughly deserved. It was great to see him list all his team on the back of his tshirt. Casey did well today, it was good to see him so fast to congratulate Rossi after the race and in parc ferme.

Looking forward to see how the 09 M1 goes tomorrow!

We all knew that Rossi would win the title in Motegi. Congrats to him and also to Dani Pedrosa. I have to say that guy impressed me very much. I didn' t think he could have a podium finish in just his second race with the new tyres. I think he has saw the world that his decision to switch tyres was right and also that he is an awesome rider that can adjust very quickly. I am sooo impressed!!!

Once again congrats to Valentino Rossi
